GRPME2 Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: name, email address, company name, username, password, billing information, and other information you provide when creating or managing an account.
• Contact Information: the mobile phone number and email address you provide when you create your own account. You provide your own contact details only. GRPME2 does not permit users to upload, import or purchase lists of other people’s phone numbers, and we never obtain phone numbers from third-party lists, data brokers or scraping.
• SMS and Messaging Information: phone numbers, message content, messaging activity, delivery information, opt-in and opt-out records, and information concerning consent to receive SMS messages. Opt-in records include the date, time, IP address and the exact consent language shown to you at the time you opted in.
• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, usage information, log data, cookies, and similar technologies.
• Payment Information: payment and transaction information processed through our payment providers. We generally do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own systems.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Create and manage accounts;
• Process and deliver SMS and other communications;
• Maintain messaging, opt-in, opt-out, and compliance records;
• Provide customer support;
• Process payments and subscriptions;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents;
• Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable laws;
• Communicate with you about your account, the Service, updates, and support;
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and
• Analyze and improve the performance and functionality of the Service.

4. SMS and Mobile Information

GRPME2 is an SMS group notification service operated by GRPME2 LLC. If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send you notifications for the groups you have joined on the Service.

Who sends the messages. All SMS messages on this program are sent by the GRPME2 application, operated by GRPME2 LLC. Messages are sent only to people who created their own GRPME2 account, entered their own mobile number, and gave express consent.

How we obtain your number. You enter your own mobile number during signup and tick an unticked consent box agreeing to receive SMS group notifications. We never purchase, rent, scrape, import or otherwise acquire phone numbers from third parties, and users cannot upload other people's numbers to the Service.

What you receive. Notifications when a member posts in a group you have joined; group announcements, event coordination and reminders; and service messages about your account. We do not send marketing, promotional or third-party advertising content on this program.

Message frequency varies with the activity of the groups you belong to. Message and data rates may apply.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data or messaging consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the telecommunications and messaging service providers necessary to deliver your messages, and only for that purpose.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all SMS messages from GRPME2 . You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You can also turn SMS notifications off in your account settings.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of creating an account or of purchasing any goods or services from GRPME2 .

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Information Sharing

We may disclose information to:

• Service providers that help us operate the Service;
• SMS carriers, telecommunications providers, and messaging infrastructure providers;
• Payment processors and billing providers;
• Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, and auditors;
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law or legal process; and
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We do not sell personal information or mobile messaging consent information.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, log files, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand usage, improve the Service, and maintain security.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting, or security requirements.

SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained as necessary to demonstrate compliance and prevent messages from being sent to individuals who have opted out.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of certain information.
