GRPME2 Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GRPME2 website, applications, and SMS messaging services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. GRPME2 does not guarantee uninterrupted service, message delivery, or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

2. SMS Messaging Program

GRPME2 is an SMS group notification service. When you join a group on the Service and opt in to SMS, the GRPME2 application sends you SMS notifications about activity in that group.

Consent. You opt in by creating an account at https://grpme2.com/signup, entering your own mobile number, and ticking an unticked consent box. Consent is express and affirmative, and is not required to create an account or to purchase anything. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Your own number only. You may enter only a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. You may not add, upload or import phone numbers belonging to other people. Group invitations are issued as an invitation code; an invited person must create their own account and give their own consent before receiving any SMS.

Message types. Notifications when a member posts in a group you have joined; group announcements, event coordination and reminders; and service messages about your account. This program does not carry marketing, promotional or third-party advertising content.

Message frequency varies with the activity of the groups you belong to.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE or END to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You can also turn SMS notifications off in your account settings.

Opt back in. Reply START, YES or UNSTOP, or re-enable SMS notifications in your account settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

GRPME2 maintains records of consent, including the date, time, IP address and the consent language shown at the time of opt-in.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not add, submit or invite any phone number other than your own, and you may not use group posts to send advertising, promotional or commercial solicitations to other members. You may not use the Service in any manner that could cause carrier filtering, blocking or regulatory violations.

4. Monitoring, Suspension, Termination and Service Discretion

GRPME2 may monitor, filter, block, or review activity on the Service where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law or carrier requirements, or prevent abuse.

GRPME2 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate any account, campaign, phone number, message stream, service, or other access to its services at any time. This may include circumstances where GRPME2 reasonably believes that an account or activity violates these Terms, applicable law, messaging requirements, carrier policies, or creates a risk to GRPME2 or its users, or where the requested use, content, activity, or account is inconsistent with GRPME2’s core products, services, business practices, objectives, or for any other reason determined by GRPME2. Such action may be taken immediately and without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

Use of the service does not create any guarantee of continued access, availability, or eligibility. The Company may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements and any specific contractual obligations that may apply.

You may terminate your account at any time in accordance with the applicable cancellation process. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

5. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service. You grant GRPME2 the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, and deliver that content and to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the posts and other content you submit to your groups through your account.

6. Privacy & Mobile Information

Your use of the Service is subject to the GRPME2 Privacy Policy, available at: https://GRPME2.com/privacy

GRPME2 does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Such information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, or support the Service, subject to applicable law.

7. Fees

Personal Licenses - $99/year (Limited): Individuals can use the product/content for personal, non-commercial purposes for $99 per year, subject to certain limitations. Commercial Licenses - Starting at $499/year: Businesses or users intending to use the product/content for commercial purposes need a commercial license. Pricing starts at $499 per year and may increase depending on factors such as usage, number of users, distribution, or business size.

GRPME2 reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to establish, modify, suspend, or discontinue any policies, rules, features, subscription plans, usage limits, eligibility requirements, pricing, or other terms governing the service.

Third-party or carrier charges may be passed through to you where applicable.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GRPME2 and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, penalties, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your use of the Service, your messages or content, your recipient lists, your failure to obtain required consent, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or messaging requirements.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRPME2 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, technology, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property are owned by GRPME2 or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, distribute, or exploit the Service or its intellectual property.

11. Changes to These Terms

GRPME2 may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted to the Service unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GRPME2 concerning the Service.
